According to law, a controller is any person who decides for what purpose and using what means your personal data will be processed.

What are “personal data”?

These typically include data you have yourself provided to us in the past, i.e., your name, email address or phone number, etc. However, they may also involve data captured by our website during your visit.

What personal data do we process and how do we obtain them?

We only process the personal data you have provided to us in order to deliver the best service and meet all your expectations. If we wanted to use your personal data for other purposes, we will always ask you whether you agree to this in advance.
If you become our registered customer and fill in our registration form, we will process the following personal data concerning you:

→ date of birth
→ legal guardian consent where you fill the form in for your children as well

While we shoot at zero faults, complaints may occur at times. In such a case, we will process the following data:

What do we need your personal data for?
