General Terms & Conditions
A. GENERAL BUSINESS CONDITIONS FOR SALE OF TICKETS GENERAL
1. Chocotopia, operated by Chocolate Experience sro, with its registered office at Celetná 557/10, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, IČ: 06199682 (hereinafter also referred to as the “operator”) operates the educational “Chocolate Experience Center – Chocotopia” located at V Oblouku 728, Pruhonice. As an accompanying activity, it organizes workshops, courses, teambuildings, school excursions, birthday parties for children and adults, and other similar events. Through the website www.chocotopia.cz, where contact details are given, it is possible to order selected services or a combination of these.
2. These Terms and Conditions apply only to consumers, ie persons who act towards us outside their business or outside their professional activities.
3. By ordering entry and / or services, as well as purchasing a ticket at Chocotopia ticket offices, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. Ticket prices can be found both on our website and in the entrance areas of Chocotopia. These prices are valid for you, but of course we reserve the right to change them at any time before making a purchase. Prices include one-time access to the “Chocolate Experience Center – Chocotopia” entertainment, or both, depending on which combination of tickets you have purchased; they do not include any other personal expenditure. If the tariff conditions are linked to the age of the child or children, it is assessed for the child (s) on the day of the visit. A date of birth may be required; however, the adult tariff will be charged if it is not presented.
5. Unless otherwise specified, undated tickets may be used one year from the date on which they were purchased and cannot be returned. The period of validity is indicated on undated tickets. You cannot withdraw from a ticket, whether dated or undated, and return the tickets. The tickets are neither replaced nor exchanged, ie in case of damage, destruction, loss or theft of the ticket you will not be issued a new ticket.
6. As a visitor, you must observe the Chocotopia Visitor’s Order, which is available for inspection at the ticket offices and posted at the entrance. In extreme cases, the Security Service is entitled to take out anyone who violates the Visitor’s Rules from Chocotopia. Unfortunately, in this case, you are not entitled to a refund.
7. For the sale of tickets to groups, schools, companies and the like, the following Section B for tailor-made events also applies mutatis mutandis.
B. GENERAL BUSINESS CONDITIONS FOR ORGANIZING GENERAL MEASURES
1. Chocotopia, operated by Chocolate Experience sro, with its registered office at Celetná 557/10, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, IČ: 06199682 (hereinafter also referred to as the “operator”) operates the educational “Chocolate Experience Center – Chocotopia “located at V Oblouku 728, Pruhonice. Through the website www.chocotopia.cz, where contact details are given, it is possible to order selected services or a combination of these.

3. For successful ordering it is necessary to book the event and date by email at info@chocotopia.cz. Upon your request you will receive a booking confirmation and other products and services of your choice by e-mail, which will include all necessary information.
4. The price of an order is always created so that you know exactly what you are paying for before sending a binding order. The total price is based on a detailed calculation, for which additional information may be requested by our responsible person who will contact you by phone or email.
5. By confirming your order, you confirm your interest in organizing group events, school excursions, birthday parties, teambuilding or other events in the world of entertainment and chocolate Chocotopia. In order to complete everything successfully, you need to agree to the wording of these terms and conditions, which will then govern our relationship.
6. The order is complete and binding only when you receive confirmation of its receipt.
PAYMENT TERMS
1. Payment for your order must be made within the period specified in the booking confirmation.
2. You can pay either cash in cash directly in Chocotopia or by bank transfer. Payment details will be included in your order confirmation.
3. If we do not receive your payment within the given time limit, your order will not be executed and will expire.
CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL AND WITHDRAWAL
1. You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of its binding order.
2. No later than 14 days before the scheduled date of the event, your order cannot be withdrawn. If you place your order less than 14 days before the event, you can no longer withdraw from your order.
3. In case of particularly serious reasons that prevent you from attending the whole event, it is possible to agree with the coordinator to hold the event on a different date or to terminate the contract.
4. In the event of cancellation between the 14th and 7th day before the event, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed price. If the notice is given less than 7 days before the event, the cancellation fee is 100% of the agreed price.
5. The withdrawal and cancellation must be sent to the e-mail address info@chocotopia.cz from the same e-mail address from which the order was made. The subject of the message must contain “WITHDRAWAL” or “TERMINATION” and the text of the e-mail must also specify what the event is, especially the date of the event and the name of the customer. Withdrawal and termination are effective at the moment of delivery of the notice.
6. Withdrawal from us is only possible if we are prevented by objective operational or technical reasons.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. If we are unable to provide any part of your order, the price will be additionally reduced by the price of the unavailable service as specified in the order.
2. Visitors and participants of the event are obliged to observe the visiting rules of the world of entertainment and chocolate Chocotopia, as well as the instructions of the staff.
3. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also agree that photos or videos taken by our employees or partners may be used for marketing purposes. However, we will never disclose the names of the people who are in the pictures or videos without your written consent.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
1. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you also agree that the provided personal data are processed and stored by the operator in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (101/2000 Coll.) In order to fulfill the subject matter of the contract.
2. The Operator will not disclose your personal data to third parties unless it is necessary to fulfill our obligations to you.
CONFLICT SOLVING
1. Mutual disputes between the Seller and the Buyer shall be settled by the general courts of the parties.
2. Pursuant to Act No. 634/1992 Coll., On Consumer Protection, as amended, the buyer who is a consumer has the right to an out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute under a purchase contract or a service contract. The entity authorized to carry out out-of-court dispute resolution is the Czech Trade Inspection. More information is available at www.coi.cz.
